| 4/7/10 - Ninjas vs Zombies... ah it feels like just yesterday when we finished that one. Ok actually it's been two years, but in that time we at Endlight Entertainment have been scheming away. Due to popular demand, the ninjas are back in action for 2010 in "Ninjas vs Vampires"! This will be my second time around as Executive Producer, and I will be reprising my role as Kyle on screen as well. We just finished casting the film, and a second revision of the script is underway. Then it's on to production in the summertime, and post in the fall for a Halloween premier! | 4/7/10 - Since there was a movie, there just HAD to be a comic book to go along with it as a companion. Lo and behold, issue number one is dedicated to none other than ME! Well Kyle that is... portrayed by me . Produced by Tom Chillemi of Azure Press, this will be a 4 part limited series which will hopefully hit shelves sometime this year. | 4/7/10 - My last movie, “Ninjas vs Zombies” which was a collaborative effort with my friend Justin Timpane has been completed, gone the rounds on the festival market, wowed many, and is now getting distribution! Yes, that’s right. NVZ as we fondly call it will be released on DVD and video on demand (VOD) this coming Summer through our distributor Seminal Pictures. I couldn’t be more excited to see this all come to fruition, and I hope it will do even better than anticipated. | 4/18/08 - So what's new in the land of "Daniel Ross"? Well, there hasn't been much going on up until recently. Pre-production has begun on my new film, "Ninjas vs. Zombies", and we are looking to begin filming within the next few weeks. This project is being written and directed by my longtime friend Justin Timpane, who I met on the set of Timewarp Films, "Crawler" many years ago. I will be playing the role of Kyle- a down on his luck smart-aleck waiter, who unbeknownst to himself is about to magically become a freaking NINJA! I will also be heading up promotions to seek distribution, and have a comfy role at the top as Executive Producer along with Kelly Timpane and Cory Okouchi. So this is literally my puppy! | 5/12/07 - Well, the cat's out of the bag! It's been announced on www.TransformersGame.com that I will be portraying the voice of Starscream in the upcoming games from Activision, Hasbro, and Dreamworks Pictures. The news has spread to all the major Transformers websites, and I've posted the blog up over at Myspace. Thanks again to everyone that's supported me in this. | 2/16/07 - I know it has been ages since I've put up any updates, but there's always good reason. I have begun a new job, I am almost finished with my Associates Degree in Business, and I've had some interesting opportunities cross my path recently. The prospect of moving out to LA is still in the cards, but there are certain things that must be in place for that to happen.

| 6/30/06 - I have been given the opportunity to audition for "Transformers: The Movie" directed by Michael Bay which is coming out 7/4/07. I have done everything in my power to see this come to light, and my campaign began in 2004 on producer Don Murphy's message board. I began by posting to Don my desire to be auditioned, and many fans lent their kind words in support of me. Later I had created a comic book entitled "Transformers: The Voice Within" with the help of MANY talented individuals in the Transformers fandom: Jake Isenberg, and Kevin Russell to name a few. This comic was sent to every major figure-head on the Transformers project via my agent Michelle Summers, along with a custom made CD demo made with help from my good friend Peter Taagstrom in Sweden. All of this culminated with more support from fans, friends, and actors lending their voices and contacting the casting agency via e-mail to support me. I can't thank everyone enough for being there to support me and help me live out my dream. I have always been a huge fan of the Transformers, and now, hopefully, I will have a chance to help bring this fantastic project to life.

| 5/16/06 - Ahhh.. ya gotta love long periods of no updates huh? Well, that should be an indicator to you that I've been extremely busy, and I HAVE! Read on :) - To the right, you can view the short film "Love Sick" produced by the Talented Beasts of America for the 2005 48 hour film project. Just click the "PLAY" button. It stars myself and Melisa Breiner-Sanders. She's a fantastic young actress who I've worked with before in "Kamikazes: A Deathography". - Be sure to check out the official website for Kamikazes: A Deathography. In the "EXTRAS" section is a new snippet of footage for your viewing pleasure. More information will be released as I hear about it. - The feature film "Mrs. Amworth" directed by Frank Sciurba of Illuminati Films has wrapped post-production, and will be screened next month in Virginia. Stay tuned for updates on the film, and possibly some stills. - I just returned from the Electronic Entertainment Expo, otherwise known as E3 in LA where I had several meetings with producers, casting directors, and others in the voice over industry. I got to hang with my good friend David Sobolov, and many others. This was a fantastic networking opportunity for me, and hopefully there will be some voiceover work forthcoming for me in the near future. | 11/28/05 - Boy, alot's happened in a few months.. here's the rundown: - The "About Me" page will need to be put on hold for a bit longer as I take care of more pressing issues. - Coming soon will be an addition to the "Cox's Point Haunted Mansion" gallery with images from Year Two where I played Dr. Pretorious (that's who's staring at you on the right). Stay tuned, that will be up soon. - Production for Mrs. Amworth has wrapped and it is currently in post production. Congratulations to the entire cast and crew! - The short film "Pessimistic Mindset" by the Creative Continuum has been completed. I voiced 3 major roles, and the film will make its screen debut in Hollywood at the Hollywood DV Festival. View "Pessimistic Mindset" at Deathography.net in the "Extras" section. - I've done some work on "Commander In Chief" with Geena Davis for the pilot episode; "The Sentinel" with Michael Douglas, "Music High", and "The Visiting" with Nicole Kidman where I play a Snatcher.

| 5/5/05 - Filming for "Kamikazes: A Deathography" has wrapped! After many long years of sticking with the project, it's finally happened. My role has changed from Chris Damsel to Rodger Heckles, and though initially disappointed since I had prepped for a couple of years on that role, they cast an appropriate actor for the role and I feel comfortable in my character. The cast consists of myself, Todd Ryan Jones, Ana Bridgforth, and George Yeager. More news to come soon hopefully, but in the meantime you can check out www.Deathography.net for more details. |  |
| 5/5/05 - My pursuit of a professional voice over career has been taken 3 steps further. I recently had a new Character/Animation voice over demo produced by none other than voice actor David Sobolov, www.Sobolov.com. I'm awaiting my next Commercial demo which is being edited as I type, and possibly a Voice-Match Demo in the near future as well. I have also been brought on to Voice Casting out of Atlanta, Georgia, www.VoiceCasting.com for representation, and have profiles on both www.Voice123.com, and www.VOProfessionals.com. | 3/1/05 - Evenfall is steaming ahead and looking better than ever! Since it's screening at the AFI Theatre in Silver Spring, it has been submitted to many film festivals all across the globe. March 6th it will make its debut at the Sedona Film Festival, and then next month at the Arizona Film Festival. | 12/7/04 - The Photo Gallery has undergone some visual changes (more to come). I added a new photo gallery called Famous People and I, and also updated the "Ladder 49" gallery with more pictures and a new layout. Also added to the Voices Page is a new mock commercial I did with the help of my good friend Peter Taggstrom from Sweden called, "Spirit Cleaning Spray". I wrote that a long time ago, and decided to make some use of it. Enjoy! |  |
